Say What?

This is one of those things Carter says now where understanding context is everything. He uses it for the words hello, pillow, bubble, and balloon. He is now learning to pronounce the latter two so I had to record his cute little jabber before it was gone. Eew is another "word" used for many. It means shoe, ew (as in yuck), and blue. 

Ello-ello-ello!

Another Bath Time Laugh

The kids were in the tub while the water was running, filling the tub. Carter went potty in the tub, so Brian started emptying the tub to clean it out and refill it. Here's the conversation.

Paige: Did Carter go potty again?
Brian: Yes.
Paige: Why did he do that?
Brian: I don't know. I guess he had to go.
Paige: Well, that's tough.

Paige uses that phrase a lot. That and "That's too tough." It makes me laugh.

Deep Doctrine?

Mom: "What did you learn about in nursery today?"
Paige: "I don't know... Something difficult."
